There has been an attack on parked cars at Vic Street, block 10 level 3 multi-storey car park. The cars have been vandalized and were spotted with spray paints all over it’s’ body. Not only were they spotted with spray paints but also scratches. My god, why would someone do something this terrible to those cars?
Emails have been forwarded around to help the neighbourhood and warn them about the vandals that have been happening.
The neighbourhood is advised to be vigilant and stay focus. They should look out for any suspicious character or activity and report them to the police immediately. They should also start looking out for the posters that have been put out for their information.

Yesterday, a member of the public reported a case of vandalism in Vic City, Blk 10 level 3 multi-storey car park. Cars in the car park were scratched and sprayed with paint by vandals in the area. Their motives are still unknown. Investigations are still underway.
Cases of vandalism has increased from 300 in 2007 to 332 cases in 2008 and about 40 cases of it accounting for car vandalism. Their motives usually is to threaten or provoke the car owners although there are cases whereby it is just a common case of mischief by teenagers.
To prevent such cases, car owners should park their cars where it is visible to others or set up car alarms. Apart from that, members of the public should play a part in engaging themselves in crime prevention and keep a lookout for suspicious people around the area.

Last night, car vandalism happened again in Vic Street. One of the public residents spotted a few vandalised cars while parking his car at Block 10 level 3 multi-storey car park. Not just a simple scratch but great defacements were done. Spraying cars with paints and scratches all over, how bad can that be? These people have nothing better to do but causing damages to others’ properties.
One may wonder about these acts but never tries to stop it, why? These images of car vandalism incident are simply to show that these acts are inferior and we as individuals ourselves have to step up and execute these incriminations.
I reckon that we don’t want the same thing to happen to us. Therefore, cooperation is highly needed. At the same time, keep a look out for any suspicious behaviour and apprehend them for such causes. More information and tips will be updated for future crime prevention. Stay vigilant at all times and take precautions when necessary.
